As you enter the home you are immediately taken by the abundance of natural light from the 3m-high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, while a beautiful timber open staircase in the entrance creates a dramatic focal point.

Moving through the space, you come to the kitchen, the beating heart of the home. A collaborative design between Webster Architecture and The Kitchen Design Centre, one of Mazzei Homes’ key partners, the striking kitchen includes all the elements and mod-cons you would expect of a luxury home. A leading name in the industry, The Kitchen Design Centre has been delivering outstanding custom kitchens and joinery since 1994. The entertainer’s kitchen also includes a butler’s kitchen/pantry with V-Zug appliances, integrated fridge and Italian marble benchtops. The piece de resistance is the island bench, which brings an element of texture to the materials palette. The V-ZUG wall oven is cradled by joinery in fingerprint-resistant Laminex Absolute Matte. Hafele tapware, Franke sinks and Blum soft-closing drawers round things out.

In the living room, The Kitchen Design Centre helped bring the idea of retreat to a luxe new level with moody joinery and built-in storage around the gas fireplace. There’s also custom cabinetry in the rumpus area, a stone-composite hearth, and a built-in study nook overlooking the manicured garden and swimming pool. An outdoor kitchen with built-in barbecue and waterfall-style stone benchtop is a highlight in the adjacent courtyard. The rooms are thoughtfully designed and considered, each contributing to the harmonious whole.
