TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENGAGEMENT

Please find below a list of Terms and Conditions for the work we carry out for clients including the quotes and estimates supplied. The following Terms & Conditions form a contract between Renee Stah Pty Ltd and the client for the provision of our services.

1. Services
Renee Stah Pty Ltd will provide services as outlined in written or verbal communication with the client and/or as outlined in the cost estimate. Should the scope of works change, Renee Stah Pty Ltd will discuss any variation costs that apply with the client at earliest opportunity.
Unless specified in the estimate / proposal, we include 2 rounds of edits on all artwork following the presentation of initial concepts. Revisions briefed thereafter will incur additional charges.

2. Information
Renee Stah Pty Ltd relies on the client to provide information accurately and promptly. Renee Stah Pty Ltd will assure that all information provided is complete and accurate unless the client advises otherwise.

3. Termination
Should the client wish to terminate works at any point during a project, the client will be invoiced for work already completed.

4. Deadlines
Renee Stah Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform their obligations where the delay or failure is due to reasons outside of Renee Stah's control.

5. Working Files and Copyright
Renee Stah Pty Ltd own the legal copyright of our working files. Working files are our intellectual property, not limited to design concepts, design elements, infographics, fonts and imagery. Working files are not released as part of our scope of works.

6. Final Art
All final art, upon paying Renee Stah Pty Ltd in full for the relevant project, will be the client's property, except for the intellectual property rights that have been reserved by Renee Stah Pty Ltd or any third parties engaged or employed by Renee Stah Pty Ltd.

7. Portfolio
Renee Stah Pty Ltd retains the right to showcase projects online and in print for the purpose of promoting our work.

8. Confidentiality
Renee Stah Pty Ltd will keep client information, documents, promotion and discussions confidential at all times, unless the client permits disclosure or the information is already in the public domain.

9. Indemnity
All our services may be used for lawful purposes only. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Renee Stah Pty Ltd harmless for any claims resulting from the use of our services that damages the client or any other party.

10. Liability
Our total liability to the client in contract or in tort arising in connection with this contract shall not exceed the total price paid by the client. Renee Stah Pty Ltd shall have no liability for loss of profits, business, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings or for any other indirect or consequential loss.
